Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

1. Worldwide Delivery: 
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Receiving Time=Processing Time + Shipping Time.
  • Processing Time: 1 - 5 Business Days.
  • Shipping Time:
        -Super Savings: 7 - 30 Business Days.
        -Express Shipping: 7 - 15 Business Days.
*Please note that shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping,rather than the date of order.
*Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. 
 

*There is different processing time for different item. You can check the processing time from product page. Once your order is placed, you can check order shipping info from the online order status page. We will also inform you through your registered email.

2. Note for taxes:
2.1 General Terms
For most of the countries,our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada,etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries' levying rules.
You are responsible for all import duties and duties that may be charged when the article passes through customs. When your ordered goods arrive in your country, you must pay taxes. We advise you to familiarize local tax regulations before ordering. Nowachic can not give you advice or information about your country's tax rates and tariffs.

If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.You are also liable for any import duties or taxes incurred during the return process.

2.2 EORI number
According to the customs requirements of the United Kingdom, Germany and Italy, if you choose Super Saving Shipping, you don't need to provide EORI number.
But if you choose Express Shipping, please provide your personal EORI number to us when you place the order, otherwise the parcel will not be cleared, thank you!
Please Note: If there is any customs policy update, ask the customer to provide information, we will update it on the website or contact you by email.
3. Important Notes
We are not responsible for late shipments due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays.
Sometimes unexpected delay is caused due to thorough inspection, out of stock issue, especially during high-volume periods.
In case of any question and unexpected delay you can always contact with our customer service.
If you don’t receive the parcel within this period, please contact us.
*Please contact us within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our customer care team (service@nowachic.com) will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
